The Mental Fitness Movement is a group of health, safety and wellbeing professionals who support people and organisations to unlock their human potential and optimise wellbeing.

We believe the world is messy and crazy, and that our human experiences of sadness, frustration, grief and struggle are a reasonable and normal response to the pressures many of us feel.

We offer a range of services to individuals and businesses which normalise and re-humanise what people experience at work and in life. Our purpose is to inspire, educate, empower and connect people through the practices of mental fitness, re-wiring our brains for better performance and quality of life.
